Mira + Kolena is a full-service accounting firm with over 25 well-trained and experienced personnel who are in touch with the specific needs of businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations. Since 1996, we have been serving businesses, organizations and individuals primarily in Ohio and Michigan in addition servicing many clients who have relocated to other states. Our experience keeps us in tune with the financial challenges and opportunities facing you today.

We keep in contact with our clients throughout the year, not just during our accounting, audit or tax work. We consider it essential to meet personally with our clients on a periodic basis to discuss current operating results and planned actions and strategy.

Community Responsibility


Consistent with our mission statement, we strive to embed “social responsibility” into our work activities, both with our employees and as a firm. Our employees share a sense of purpose with the community and environment we come in contact with daily. Our firm supports many civic, cultural, social service and other not-for-profit organizations through contributions of time and money. Our employees serve on several Finance Committees and Boards of Trustees of various not-for-profit organizations. We have been a proud supporter of the United Way of Greater Toledo since our inception.
